Camella is partnering with leading smart-lock provider Megahit Global Solution (MGS) Philippines for a webinar duology called 'Home Hacks and Techs', which showcases practical, future-ready home automation solutions tailored to modern Filipino living.

Among the topics to be explored are 'Security that Adapts to Every Age: Smart Locks for the Whole Family,' and 'Future-Proofing the Family Home: Why Smart Locks are a Long-Term Investment'. The webinar will highlight how technology-driven security upgrades combine safety and property value appreciation for years to come.

The Filipino Childhood Fun Run

Takbong Haraya is a family-oriented fun run inspired by the Laro ng Lahing Pinoy, where participants will pass through themed game zones of traditional Filipino games, turning the race into a nostalgic journey of where our lifelong dreams began: home.

A Legacy Showcase

Bahay Haraya invites visitors to walk through the Interactive Timeline, reliving milestones that created communities across the archipelago, step into the Model Home Exhibit, and reflect on the Testimonial Wall, where homeowners recount transformative journeys. The Campaign Corner showcases beloved moments, while the Legacy Lane invites guests to share their stories of 'coming home' through written or digital notes. Together, these elements form a living link to the foundation of Camella and its residents.

A Home for Generations to Come

Camella will open the doors of its communities nationwide on Sunday, August 17, 2025, for an afternoon of event-only promotions, financing assistance from partner banking institutions, and mini-talks on the homeownership journey.

From Your Door to the Digital World

The Camella: A Legacy of Fulfilled Dreams Digital Contest will gather stories from families nationwide. Participants need to set their family photo as the default picture on Facebook along with the official Camella anniversary frame, share a short story of their fulfilled dream together, and post it on Facebook using the hashtags #Camella and #CamellaALegacyOfFulfilledDreams. One lucky winner will be chosen from valid entries.
