Vista Land, the Philippines' leading integrated property developer, was recognized in the recently concluded PropertyGuru 13th Philippine Property Awards.

In collaboration with co-presenter Kohler and Pacific Paints (Boysen) Philippines, Inc., PropertyGuru held the awarding ceremony at Shangri-La The Fort in Bonifacio Global City to celebrate the industry's most esteemed builders and real estate developments. A panel of distinguished experts in their respective fields carefully selected nominees.

Recognized by PropertyGuru with the Highly Commended Award for Best Township Development, Georgia exemplifies the vision of a prime Vista Estates development. As part of the Vista Land collection of master planned developments, it offers unique, premium, and sustainable lifescapes and provides its residents and investors with limitless growth opportunities.

In 2023, Georgia was also hailed as the Best Mixed-Use Development in Visayas and Mindanao by another distinguished awards-giving organization.

Georgia is influenced by the architecture and atmosphere of the Old Colonial South and is positioned as Iloilo's biggest lifestyle destination. Beyond melding the natural beauty the city offers with the industrial and residential expansion from Iloilo's central business district, Georgia fits the serene disposition of the Ilonggos while catering to their equally innate entrepreneurial temperament.

The nature-inspired estate will also feature a central area named after one of Georgia's cherished cities: Atlanta, which will serve as a hub, complete with the Vista Mall, a hotel, and mid-rise residential towers called Augusta Residences. Savannah offers a horizontal residential development, a football field, St. John's Wort International School, St. Padre Pio Church, and a second commercial development. The third district is named after Georgia's second-oldest city, Augusta, and will feature a mix of vertical abodes, eclectic restaurants, and novel retail concepts.

This recognition attests to the hard work and dedication that Vista Land stakeholders have graciously extended to build master planned communities in the best locations in the country. From crafting world-class concepts to creating lasting experiences, these awards further fuel their efforts to bring amazing lifescapes that resonate across the country.
