Camella Celebrates Davaoeño Culture, Communities, and Continuity at Kadayawan Festival 2026

Carrying the theme ‘We are One, KadayaONE!,’ the King of Festivals celebrates Davao’s cultural heritage and the region’s abundance, bringing its 11 ethnolinguistic communities to the forefront through music, dance, art, food, traditions, and tales of gratitude.
Camella participated in various activities, culminating in its presence during the Pamulak ug Indak-Indak sa Kadayawan. A mobile showroom was set up during the much-anticipated street parade from Roxas Avenue toward San Pedro Square, placing Camella amid one of the most vibrant regional gatherings.
More than a spectacle, the festival continues a sacred season shaped by the indigenous roots and diverse identities of Davao. The sense of collaboration reflects the character of Davao City. Diverse traditions find common ground during the festival, reinforcing a culture that respects individual identity and commemorates it collectively. For Camella, joining the festivities offered an opportunity to celebrate alongside the people and places that have shaped its story in the region.
More than three decades of building homes in Davao Region
Camella has been part of the local lifescape for over three decades, expanding across nearly a dozen locations and serving Overseas Filipino buyers as well as multigenerational households. Its long-standing presence reflects a commitment to creating residential developments that reflect how Filipino families progress in the years ahead.
Current offerings include Camella Davao and Camella Toril in Davao City, as well as Camella Tagum Trails in Davao del Norte. These house-and-lot communities combine thoughtful layouts, lifestyle amenities, landscaped spaces, security, and access to establishments that support everyday needs.
Across Camella addresses, homeownership serves younger households, growing families, and Overseas Filipinos as a tangible asset grounding generations. This multigenerational perspective mirrors Davao's Kadayawan Festival, where cherished cultural customs parallel the permanent role of a home in preserving family heritage, shared memories, and meaningful milestones over time.
