Vista Land joins Iloilo in celebrating one of its anticipated cultural events, the Paraw Regatta Festival, from February 22 to March 1. The oldest sailing competition in Asia, it remains an enduring expression of Ilonggo maritime heritage.

Hundreds of double-outrigger sailboats glide across the horizon in a spectacle of color, craftsmanship, and skill. Racing along a 30-kilometer course between Panay and Guimaras, crews navigate open waters with precision and teamwork before finishing in the district of Arevalo.

The 53rd edition carries added significance under the theme ‘Sailing Forward, Guided by Tradition,’ as it represents Iloilo City at the annual Aliwan Fiesta, a convergence of the biggest cultural events in the Philippines.

Festivities in the sand

The celebration extends onto the sun-drenched sands of Arevalo. Sinamba sa Regatta animates the shoreline with rhythmic dance and music, while Pinta de Layag transforms paraw sails into swaying canvases of artistic expression. Pinta Tawo celebrates creativity by turning the human body into a living work of art.

The Paraw Lechon Contest drew crowds, while beach football, volleyball, and frisbee tournaments reflected the Ilonggo love of competition and community.

Built by heritage and hope

Vista Land reinforces its dedication to communities shaped by culture and sustained by commitment. This vision is exemplified by Georgia, poised to become Iloilo's largest lifestyle destination.

Named by Lamudi as the Best Mixed-Use Development in Visayas and Mindanao and recognized by PropertyGuru as a Highly Commended Township Development, Georgia reflects the company’s expertise in delivering integrated estates that provide unique, premium, and sustainable lifescapes.

Georgia harmonizes Iloilo's natural beauty with the expansion of its residential, commercial, retail, and lifestyle offerings. Its three planned districts—Atlanta, Savannah, and Augusta—support a balanced way of life anchored on comfort, convenience, and community.

Savannah offers Spanish-Mediterranean homes, state-of-the-art amenities, and a secure environment for families. Also rising is Harland Place, a themed residential development for discerning investors. With the Iloilo–Capiz–Aklan Expressway under construction and continued expansion of Iloilo International Airport, Iloilo is emerging as a vital gateway within Visayas and beyond. Through developments that honor heritage while enabling progress, Vista Land continues to shape places where everyday living, enterprise, and economic activity sail forward together.

Pioneering nationwide excellence in property development

As the holding company for the residential ventures of Vista Group, Vista Land develops integrated estates, house-and-lot communities, and condominium properties across the country.

Filipinos deserve the best—this guiding belief remains central to the enduring success of the Philippines’ leading integrated property developer. Creating visionary, secure, and enriching environments for residents, while delivering exceptional long-term returns for investors, continues to drive the evolution of Vista Land.
